Shipping & Pickup Policy

ByKley currently offers both shipping and local pickup options.

Local pickup is available at CrossFit Mastermind in Orlando, FL. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions.

Orders are typically prepared within 2–5 business days.

Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier availability. We will always do our best to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Please make sure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. ByKley is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.
